Recovery Program

A proven recovery model built on structure, accountability, and community, guiding each individual step by step.

The Philosophy

Recovery is not a privilege. It’s a right.

At the AZ House, we believe that anyone determined to overcome addiction deserves access to real support. Our program removes financial barriers and replaces them with structure, accountability, and community, creating a path forward for those ready to change.

Phase 1

A structured environment focused on stability, discipline, and accountability.

Phase 1 is a highly structured setting where individuals step away from outside distractions and focus entirely on their recovery. Through daily routines, support groups, mentorship, and shared responsibility, residents begin rebuilding consistency, trust, and personal discipline.
This phase creates the foundation needed for long-term recovery and meaningful change.

Phase 2

Building independence while staying grounded in structure and support.

In Phase 2, residents begin stepping back into daily life—working, managing responsibilities, and developing a healthy routine—while remaining closely connected to the program and community. With continued accountability and support, individuals strengthen their independence, build confidence, and start applying the tools of recovery in real-world situations.

Phase 3

Stepping into independent living with continued support and connection.

In Phase 3, residents move into a more independent lifestyle while maintaining strong ties to the AZ House community. With stable routines, work, and ongoing involvement in recovery, individuals focus on sustaining their progress and building a life rooted in purpose and responsibility. Housing support is available, allowing for a smooth transition into independence while staying connected to the structure and accountability that made recovery possible.
